WHERE I COME FROM
I grew up in Socorro, New Mexico, where my values of hard work, community, and integrity first took root. I am a proud graduate of Socorro High School where I enjoyed playing football, and learned early the importance of teamwork, discipline, and representing my community with pride. At just 17 years old, driven by a deep desire to serve, I enlisted in the United States Air Force, where I faithfully served his country overseas during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. These experiences strengthened my commitment to justice, fairness, and public service—principles that continue to guide me today as I seeks to serve my community with honor and dedication.
A THRIVING CAREER
My first career began in the United States Air Force Security Forces, a field dedicated to law enforcement and base security, where I was responsible for protecting personnel, property, and vital Air Force resources. Over the course of 20 years of honorable service, I rose to the rank of Technical Sergeant before retiring and continuing my commitment to public safety as a civilian law enforcement officer. My dedication and professionalism have been recognized through honors such as DWI Officer of the Year, and I have shared my expertise as a certified DWI instructor. With a strong educational foundation in constitutional studies and New Mexico law, I bring both experience and understanding to the pursuit of justice in his community.
